Technical Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to connect exceptional technology talent with innovative opportunities. Working closely with hiring managers, you will build strong pipelines and help shape our employer brand across Technology, Data & AI functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for software engineering, product, agile and operations roles using direct sourcing, networking and market‑mapping techniques.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, delivery milestones and team objectives.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and specialist platforms.
• Engage both active and passive candidates, understand their career goals and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Promote the employer’s brand and technology roadmap to the external market.
• Utilise Pinpoint ATS, technical assessments and video‑interview tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Collaborate with the TA Coordinator to ensure timely offer processing, pre‑employment screening and recruitment administration.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a tech start‑up environment, preferably within a financial services firm.
• Proficiency interacting with candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, Cord and Otta.
• Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searching and market mapping.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various IT areas simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, specifically Pinpoint.
