Technical Support Coordinator (3‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Coordinator to join our Customer Support team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their technical enquiries are logged, prioritised and routed to the appropriate specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
• Log every support request in the ticketing system, capturing all relevant details.
• Gather sufficient information to understand each issue before assigning the ticket.
• Assess urgency and impact, assign appropriate priority levels and escalate high‑priority or complex cases.
• Keep customers informed of progress and manage expectations throughout the support process.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and collaborate with the wider support team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, help‑desk, service‑desk or technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, professional attitude, especially when handling challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.
• Good organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
