About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our internal sales team. The position is office‑based in Leeds and offers full industry training in the gates, security and CCTV sector, with a clear path for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Produce quotes and coordinate production for technical enquiries.
- Handle customer technical queries and provide advice on gates, security and CCTV solutions.
- Work Monday to Friday in an office environment.
Required profile
- Background in technical support or a similar field.
- Motivation to undergo full technical training.
- Desire for an office‑based role.
