Technical Trainer (AI Workflows & Automation)

About the role

Cambridge Spark is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver its Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist programme and other digital transformation courses. The role is home‑based in the UK with occasional travel to the London office for face‑to‑face sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end training for the Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist curriculum and core digital‑data pathways.
• Run hands‑on workshops on low‑code automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n and Zapier, integrated with enterprise LLMs (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
• Facilitate deep‑dive sessions on system prompts, prompt chaining, Agentic AI patterns (ReAct) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Teach AI economics, process optimisation, value‑stream mapping and ROI measurement for automation projects.
• Provide remote‑first delivery via virtual platforms and travel to client sites or Cambridge Spark hubs when in‑person training is required.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to give technical feedback on curriculum, labs and self‑directed learning resources.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of learning activities and practical automation labs.

Required profile

• Based in the United Kingdom with legal right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience delivering technical, high‑impact training to business professionals.
• Comfortable delivering both remote and on‑site sessions and travelling as needed.
