Technology Delivery Consultant – New Restaurant Openings

About the role

As a Technology Delivery Consultant you will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of technology solutions for new restaurant sites across London. You will work closely with infrastructure teams, suppliers and operational staff to ensure each location launches on time and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support new restaurant openings from planning through go‑live.
• Act as the onsite technology lead during deployments.
• Review technical and construction plans.
• Oversee network, connectivity and power infrastructure delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, testing and quality‑assurance activities.
• Manage technology risks, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple technology workstreams.
• Manage third‑party suppliers and service partners.
• Oversee connectivity, infrastructure, cabling and CCTV deployments.
• Support incident management and operational issue resolution.
• Develop processes, documentation and knowledge articles.
• Produce reporting, trend analysis and service‑improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience with New Restaurant Opening (NRO) or New Store Opening (NSO) projects.
• Background in retail, hospitality or QSR technology.
• Familiarity with Oracle Simphony.
• Proven technology deployment and infrastructure delivery expertise.
• Vendor and supplier management experience.
• Knowledge of IT operations and service delivery.
• Strong project coordination and management skills.
• Experience with site‑based technology implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and independent working ability.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Daily rate of £500 – £750, dependent on experience.
