Technology Delivery Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Technology Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives within a finance transformation portfolio. Based in London, this 12‑month fixed‑term role sits in the Transformation organisation and works closely with Finance, Product Management and Technology teams to turn strategy into actionable delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of complex technology programmes, including finance system modernisation, data, regulatory and operating‑model change.
• Develop and maintain multi‑year finance technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure delivery plans are realistic, with clear milestones, dependencies and risk mitigation.
• Oversee initiation, design, build, test, deployment and transition to Business‑as‑Usual, adhering to governance, risk and control frameworks.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand processes, controls and reporting needs, ensuring solutions support auditability, data quality and operational resilience.
• Act as a senior delivery partner to Finance leadership, Product Management and Technology leads, providing clear progress reporting and executive‑level decision support.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale finance transformation programmes, including system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, Engineering, Architecture and Service Management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and finance strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Experience managing multi‑year technology roadmaps and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
