Technology Innovation Consultant

About the role

Join a leading global financial institution as a Technology Innovation Consultant within the Office of the COO. You will support senior technology leadership in delivering critical programmes, improving operational efficiency, and fostering engagement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Technology COO with day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate operational and transformation projects across multiple technology teams.
• Act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Produce executive‑level reporting, management information packs, dashboards and presentations.
• Support the rollout of AI, innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive cost‑saving and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Lead culture, diversity and employee‑engagement programmes in partnership with HR.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Manager or similar in a large organisation, preferably within technology or financial services.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Proven ability to prepare executive‑level reports and presentations.
• Clear, structured storytelling to simplify complex information.

Required skills

• Understanding of technology operations and business support functions.
