Technology Project Manager – Lead AI‑enabled initiatives

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across the product development lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and other business functions.
• Facilitate delivery governance and communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and operational readiness.
• Assist with incident management, coordinating cross‑functional teams during high‑priority events.
• Drive process optimization, AI‑enabled capability adoption, and organizational agility.
• Monitor delivery metrics, create data‑driven dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Experience leading technology, product, or operational projects in a Project Management or PMO environment.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project dependencies.
• Experience supporting release management, deployment planning, and delivery governance.
• Experience participating in incident management and driving process improvement initiatives.
