About the role

Join Reed's Technology division in Bristol as a Recruitment Consultant and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist technology roles. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates while driving revenue growth in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing client accounts within the technology sector.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
• Source, interview, and place candidates across a range of technology positions.
• Negotiate terms and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Drive revenue growth and meet personal desk targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a sales‑focused business development role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a full pipeline.
• Motivation to achieve uncapped commission and career progression.
