About the role

Join Reed's Technology division in Leeds as a Recruitment Consultant. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
• Source, interview and place technology candidates.
• Negotiate terms and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Drive revenue growth across your desk.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in business development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to achieve revenue targets and grow a specialist market.
