About the role

Join Reed’s Technology division in Leeds as a Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within the tech market. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates while driving revenue growth and expanding your professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
• Source, interview and place technology candidates.
• Negotiate terms and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Drive revenue growth across your desk.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or business development sales.
• Strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to achieve targets and grow within a recognised brand.
