Technology Team Lead

About the role

Arcas Technology Ltd. is seeking a hands‑on Technology Team Lead to oversee day‑to‑day technical operations for its London‑based client portfolio. You will lead a small on‑site team, act as the senior escalation point and ensure reliable delivery of IT and network services during high‑pressure periods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small technical team across multiple client sites.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for IT and network incidents.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, switching, connectivity and infrastructure problems.
• Prioritise and manage incidents in fast‑moving environments.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and vendors to maintain service quality.
• Ensure smooth technical delivery during peak periods and take ownership of issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Team Lead, Senior IT Engineer, Network Support Lead or similar role.
• Strong grounding in networking fundamentals.
• Calm, clear and decisive under pressure.
• Confident communicator able to coordinate people and manage expectations.
• Hands‑on problem solver who enjoys being the go‑to person.
• Comfortable working onsite in dynamic environments.
