Technology Trainer – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Technology Trainer to support our prestigious US law firm client across its London, Paris and Hong Kong offices. You will deliver engaging instructor‑led, virtual and one‑to‑one training sessions, helping lawyers and business professionals adopt the firm’s digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology training contact for multiple global offices.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual and individual training on legal technology platforms.
• Collaborate with global training teams and business stakeholders on system rollouts.
• Create and maintain user guides, videos, FAQs and e‑learning modules.
• Communicate training updates and learning resources to end‑users.
• Collect feedback, monitor training effectiveness and record learning outcomes in the LMS.
• Support user acceptance testing and other implementation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of IT training experience, preferably within a professional services or law‑firm environment.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and French.
• Confident presenter with experience delivering classroom, virtual and one‑to‑one sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using document management systems such as NetDocuments.
• Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).
