About the role

Babel is seeking experienced Medical Imaging Operation and Control Technicians to join its health‑sector projects. You will provide technical support for critical imaging systems, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and service continuity is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain medical imaging hardware and software.
• Manage incident tickets, perform field support and resolve technical issues.
• Handle inventory, labeling, relocation and installation of devices such as workstations, DICOM monitors, laptops, robots, CR units, flat panels, cameras and dermatoscopes.
• Perform calibration and quality‑assurance (QA) activities on imaging equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in medical imaging operation or technical support.
• Ability to work in critical health‑care environments and follow strict safety and quality standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Medical imaging systems (DICOM, QA calibration).
• Incident management and inventory control.
• Hardware installation, repair and relocation.
• Experience with robots, laptops, monitors, CR, flat panels, DAP, cameras, dermatoscopes, scanners and basic electromedicine equipment.
