Teenage Supported Accommodation Home Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Home Manager to lead a teenage supported accommodation flat complex in the North West. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting young adults aged 16‑18, and ensuring the home meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the residential complex (Prescot L34 or Orrell Park L9) and supervise staff.
• Deliver a 40‑hour weekly schedule, including one 24‑hour shift.
• Support young adults in developing life‑skills, self‑sufficiency and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain compliance with OFSTED, health and safety and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle administration, paperwork and reporting.

Required profile

• Residence within commuting distance of Prescot or Orrell Park.
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (minimum); NVQ Level 5 preferred.
• Proven experience in residential youth care and home management.
• Familiarity with OFSTED inspections and strong supervisory abilities.

• Salary £38,295 (without NVQ 5) or £39,847 (with NVQ 5).
