Telehandler Driver – Residential Construction Site

About the role
Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced Telehandler Driver to join a residential construction project in Sherborne. You will be responsible for moving and lifting materials safely while supporting the site team to keep operations running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently on the construction site.
- Assist with the movement, positioning and lifting of building materials.
- Follow all site health and safety regulations and procedures.
Required profile
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card.
- Fit‑to‑work medical clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proven experience operating a telehandler on construction projects.
- Reliable, consistent work ethic.
Required skills
- Telehandler operation.
- CPCS certification.
- NPORS certification.
What we offer
- £21‑£22 per hour (CIS payment available).
- Monday‑Friday, full‑time onsite schedule.
- PPE and tools provided on site.
- Potential for long‑term employment after the first phase.
