Telemedicine Doctor (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking a GMC‑registered Doctor to join our UK‑based digital health service, delivering remote weight‑management care through audio‑visual consultations. The role is fully remote and focuses on assessing patient eligibility and safely prescribing GLP‑1 weight‑loss medications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audio‑visual consultations to review medical history and determine patient suitability for treatment.
• Use an asynchronous online platform to evaluate repeat consultations and decide on ongoing prescriptions.
• Prescribe GLP‑1 medications in line with company clinical protocols and GMC/UK regulations.
• Document concise clinical notes and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to provide patient assistance via email, phone or video.
• Communicate professionally with other UK healthcare providers when required.
• Participate in team meetings, mandatory training, and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Based in the United Kingdom with the right to work.
• Fully registered with the General Medical Council and hold a licence to practise.
• Minimum two years post‑registration clinical experience, preferably in obesity or type‑2 diabetes management.
• Experience prescribing GLP‑1 agents and managing weight‑loss pathways.
• Proven experience in a digital health or telemedicine environment, conducting audio‑visual consultations.
