About the role
We are looking for a Telephony Engineer to join a leading UK communications provider. The role is based in Manchester and involves working on high‑end customer sites delivering VoIP and network solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and commission VoIP, IT and network communication systems.
- Perform cabling work including Cat 5 and Cat 6 installations.
- Visit customer sites across the North West and work from the company headquarters.
- Provide support for unified communications and hosted solutions.
Required profile
- Engineering background with experience in VoIP or unified communications.
- Ability to commute to Manchester.
- Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5 pm.
