Telephony Engineer – VoIP Specialist (Manchester)

About the role
We are looking for a Telephony Engineer to join a leading UK communications infrastructure provider. Based in Manchester, you will work on high‑end customer sites delivering VoIP and network solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Install, commission and maintain VoIP, unified communications and related IT systems.
- Perform network cabling tasks including Cat 5 and Cat 6 installations.
- Provide on‑site support to customers across the North West region, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑17:00.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure reliable communication services.
Required profile
- Engineering background with experience in telephony or VoIP.
- Demonstrated knowledge of unified communications technologies.
- Able to commute to Manchester and surrounding areas.
