Telesales Account Executive – B2B Inside Sales

About the role

As a Telesales Account Executive you will engage both existing and new B2B clients, promoting a range of business‑critical communication and IT products. You will work towards realistic targets and have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through an uncapped bonus structure.

Key responsibilities

• Contact a mix of existing and prospective B2B clients to advise on product solutions.
• Drive retention, upgrades and cross‑selling of communication‑led products.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong attitude, ambition and drive to succeed.
• Motivated, outgoing communicator who builds client relationships.
• Desire to earn above £50k and progress within the company long‑term.
