About the role
Do you know your way around a phone and enjoy persuading busy people to say yes? We are looking for Telesales Advisors to join a growing telemarketing team, speaking with managers and business owners to arrange face‑to‑face meetings for our field sales representatives.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to decision makers across various industries.
- Learn enough about each client’s product or service to speak about it credibly.
- Book qualified appointments that are worth someone’s time to attend.
- Hit targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required profile
- Previous telesales or appointment‑setting experience.
- Sharp, confident and comfortable holding proper business conversations on the phone.
What we offer
- £12.71–£13.50 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience.
- Bonus scheme.
- Part‑time (minimum 5‑hour shifts, 3 days a week) or full‑time (39 hours) options.
- Free on‑site parking.
