Telesales Agent – Office-Based, £27k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join a fast‑growing business in Bradley Stoke. You will work from a modern office, speaking with warm business leads, helping customers choose the right products and solutions while building a long‑term sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products, networks and pricing solutions.
• Convert leads into customers and complete application documentation.
• Manage your sales pipeline and activities through the CRM system.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships across internal departments.
• Work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
• Develop into a confident consultative B2B sales professional through coaching and training.
