Telesales Executive – Bristol

About the role

A well‑established organisation in Bristol is expanding its commercial function and seeking a motivated Telesales Executive. You will thrive on high‑volume phone contact, win new business, smash targets and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales through high‑volume calling to generate new business and convert warm leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries and turn customer requests into confirmed sales.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with disciplined follow‑up on smaller opportunities.
• Deliver clear pricing, accurate information and smooth customer journeys.
• Keep the CRM up to date by logging calls, tracking leads and recording conversions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend additional services where relevant.

Required profile

• Confident phone communication with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Strong sales instinct and drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to handle high‑volume calls while staying positive and professional.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic sales processes and lead progression.
• Experience in telesales, call‑centre or customer‑service within a target‑driven environment.
