Telesales Executive – Generate New Business

About the role

We are seeking a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to join our client’s fast‑moving sales team in Gillingham. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing warm leads and supporting the overall sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
• Build strong rapport to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Record accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional approach at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, call centre or phone‑based customer service.
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, target‑driven and motivated to meet results.
• Organised with great attention to detail and experience using CRM/database tools.
• Positive, proactive and able to thrive in a busy, team‑focused environment.
