Telesales Operative – High‑Volume Calls & Uncapped Commission

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Operative to join our high‑volume call centre in South Ockendon. The role is full‑time, temporary (ongoing) and offers a base rate of £13.15 per hour plus uncapped commission, holiday pay and additional benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls to pre‑qualified warm leads.
- Explain finance options, guide customers through the approval process and convert applications into approved sales.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate data entry.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs in a target‑driven environment.
Required profile
- Confidence and stamina to manage high call volumes each day.
- Target‑focused mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication and closing abilities.
- High energy, resilience and a positive attitude.
