Temp Education Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Temp Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London team. You will work on a temporary desk, matching teachers and teaching assistants with short‑term and long‑term placements across primary, secondary and SEN schools.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and place candidates in daily and long‑term supply roles for local schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and school clients.
• Meet meaningful placement targets while ensuring compliance with education safeguarding standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in temporary recruitment in any high‑volume sector.
• Comfortable working at pace and handling volume hiring.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with a strong sense of compliance.
• Motivation to develop a career in a people‑first environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment databases or applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
