About the role
Our client, a fast‑paced hospitality company in London, is seeking an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor for a three‑month assignment. You will lead the AP function, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments while supporting a dynamic finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Process over 700 invoices each month
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation of key supplier statements
- Supervise three junior staff members
- Perform ad‑hoc finance tasks as required
- Utilise Sage Intacct, Procure Wizard and Birchstreet systems
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within hospitality
- Ability to start immediately or within one week’s notice
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
