About the role
We are looking for a motivated Assembly Operative to join our production team in Rochester on a temporary basis. You will work on the shop floor assembling components according to technical drawings and using a range of handheld tools.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble products from technical drawings.
- Operate handheld tools such as air guns, hand drills, rivet guns and saws.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in assembly or production using similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £13.50‑£16.
- Monday to Friday, 7 am‑3:30 pm shift.
- Weekly pay and up to 28 days annual leave.

- Potential to extend the initial three‑week contract for up to three months.
