Temporary Bromcom Administrator – Kingston Upon Thames

About the role

This is a temporary, full‑time position based in Kingston Upon Thames, supporting a busy school environment. You will be the primary point of contact for the Bromcom Management Information System, helping staff use the platform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administration and support for the Bromcom MIS platform.
• Deliver informal training and guidance to users.
• Support attendance, assessment, behaviour, reporting, timetabling and data‑management processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across the system.
• Produce reports and management information as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience administering or supporting Bromcom MIS within a school or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of school data‑management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical users.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
