Temporary Cleaner – Newton Abbot

About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team in Newton Abbot on a temporary basis. The role covers a five‑day week, Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 12:30, providing cover for a colleague on sick leave. The assignment is expected to run until early September, with the possibility of extension or earlier completion.
Key responsibilities
- Clean offices, communal areas, toilets and other designated spaces.
- Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Empty bins and replenish consumables such as toilet paper and soap.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company cleaning protocols.
Required profile
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo and pass client‑required security checks.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks for the full shift.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
- Fixed‑term contract covering the temporary period.
- Full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 06:00‑12:30) on‑site at the client location.
