Temporary Corporate Paralegal / Junior Solicitor (London)

About the role

This temporary position supports a leading London‑based firm with corporate legal work. It is aimed at corporate paralegals, newly qualified solicitors or junior solicitors who want hands‑on experience in high‑profile transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend contracts and corporate agreements.
• Assist with due‑diligence processes and prepare related reports.
• Support the team in managing mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to progress legal matters.
• Maintain accurate case files and corporate records.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and risk management.
• Undertake ad‑hoc legal tasks as required.

Required profile

• Qualified legal education (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience in corporate law or a professional services environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
