Temporary Counterbalance Forklift Driver (1 Week)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Yard Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence for a short‑term clean‑up project in Crawley. This is a one‑week, full‑time position starting immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Move pallets around the external yard area.
- Assist with removal of debris and general yard tidying.
- Organise and restack pallets in a neat, orderly manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Support the team with additional outdoor yard duties as required.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual duties.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Available to start Monday and commit to the full week.
Required skills
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience operating a forklift and working in a yard environment.
What we offer
- Immediate start – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
