Temporary Day & Night Concierge – London

About the role

We are seeking a temporary concierge to work day and night shifts in a 5‑star residential building in the City of London. The role offers flexible scheduling, the possibility of permanent placement, and training with a leading property‑management company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent front‑desk service, greeting residents, guests and callers.
• Screen visitors, manage access permissions and report any suspicious behaviour.
• Handle all deliveries, record parcels and notify residents for collection.
• Issue and control keys, maintaining accurate sign‑in/out logs.
• Report security, health‑and‑safety incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures for the site.

Required profile

• Professional, courteous demeanor with strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work independently on both day and night shifts.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.

Required skills

• Reception and concierge service experience.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety and fire‑safety procedures.
• Basic record‑keeping and key‑management skills.
