Temporary Enrolment Specialist (3 months)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Enrolment Specialist to join a fast‑scaling health‑tech company in West London on a three‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be the first point of contact for patients beginning their remote monitoring journey, helping them feel confident and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Contact eligible patients by phone, explain the remote monitoring service and answer any questions.
• Guide patients through the onboarding process, including login, consent and initial questionnaires.
• Record all interactions accurately using internal platforms.
• Identify and address concerns from patients considering leaving the programme to reduce churn.
• Support other teams when required and contribute to a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Current clean DBS certificate.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Warm, reassuring communication style with the ability to calm and motivate patients.
• Resilience for high‑volume calling and flexibility to work Saturdays and shifts between 8 am–8 pm.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms or similar support tools.
