Temporary Funds Paralegal

About the role

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an experienced Funds Paralegal for short‑term assignments with leading UK and international law firms in London. This temporary position offers the chance to work on a variety of funds matters while gaining specialist experience that can strengthen a future training contract or SQE application.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with fund formation and documentation preparation.
• Conduct investor due diligence and manage subscription paperwork.
• Prepare regulatory filings and support transaction processes.
• Provide general paralegal support to senior lawyers on funds projects.

Required profile

• Law degree, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification.
• Availability to start on short notice for temporary assignments.
• Previous experience in a funds‑focused paralegal role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced legal environment.
