Temporary Global Marketing Manager – Financial Institutions

About the role

BCG is seeking a temporary Global Marketing Manager to support the Financial Institutions Practice Area, focusing on Payments & Fintech. You will coordinate complex marketing projects, work closely with senior leaders, and ensure timely execution of events, publications, and digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Payments & Fintech marketing workstreams and deliver the annual marketing plan.
• Partner with the events coordinator to plan, execute, and follow‑up on industry events.
• Manage the publication pipeline, track author progress, and handle content distribution via mailings and online channels.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, status reports, and budget updates for the Marketing Director.
• Engage senior stakeholders across regions, summarising progress and impact for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4‑6+ years of project‑management or coordination experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence working with senior leaders across time zones.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
