Temporary Head Concierge – Luxury Residential Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer‑focused Temporary Head Concierge to lead the front‑of‑house team at a prestigious luxury residential development in Watford.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the concierge team.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to concierge staff.
• Ensure all duties are completed to the required standard and within agreed time‑frames.
• Maintain exceptional customer‑service standards at all times.
• Monitor team performance and address operational issues promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors and managing agents.
• Ensure reception and communal areas are presented to the highest standard.
• Manage deliveries, contractor access, resident enquiries and site communications.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and handovers.
• Ensure site procedures, health and safety policies and security protocols are followed.
• Support the Site Manager and Property Management team with the smooth running of the development.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Head Concierge, Senior Concierge, Front of House Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury residential, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and professional approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong administrative and IT skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Smart, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
