Temporary Housing Administrator – West London

About the role
TRI Consulting is seeking a proactive Housing Administrator on a temporary basis (approximately three months) to support a Housing Association in West London. The role combines administrative support with hands‑on coordination of sign‑up processes, bookings and data management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sign‑up processes and provide cover for sign‑up duties when needed.
- Prepare materials, manage and re‑arrange bookings.
- Collate, organise and maintain information, including Excel spreadsheets for all sign‑ups.
- Perform mail‑merge tasks and help manage purchase orders.
- Monitor the co‑op inbox for repair requests and follow up with surveyors and the voids team.
- Attend evening meetings, circulate agendas and minutes.
- Provide leave coverage, especially during August.
- Assist with repair call‑backs and raise repair requests.
- Update the main data tracker and compile a list of missing tenancies.
Required profile
- Recent experience in a similar administrative role within a housing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Immediately available or able to start on short notice.
- Willingness to work in West London.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with mail‑merge and purchase‑order processes.
- Strong data‑management abilities.
What we offer
- PAYE rate of £17.69 per hour.
- Umbrella rate of £23.40 per hour.
- Hybrid working model.
- Fixed‑term contract for about three months.
