Temporary Housing Officer – 3 month contract

About the role

We are partnering with a community‑focused housing provider in Glasgow to find an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary three‑month assignment. You will join a busy housing management team and help deliver a high‑quality service to tenants and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated housing management patch, including tenancy visits and estate inspections.
• Investigate and resolve anti‑social behaviour (ASB) cases, tenancy breaches and neighbour disputes.
• Support tenancy sustainment, customer wellbeing and early‑intervention arrears monitoring.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partner agencies to ensure effective case management.
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Housing Officer or Housing Management role.
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management practices.
• Proven ability to manage ASB, tenancy issues and customer enquiries.
• Excellent communication and case‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Homemaster tenancy management system.
