Temporary Housing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Temporary Housing Officer to join our team in London. This short‑term position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on residents’ lives while supporting the smooth operation of our housing services.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate succession and tenancy assignments with empathy and efficiency.
• Manage anti‑social behaviour incidents to maintain a safe community.
• Enforce tenancy agreements and uphold property standards.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs and verify regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in housing, property management or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
