About the role
The Temporary HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department in Poole by handling a range of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This short‑term position is ideal for candidates with strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and keep all documentation up to date.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR matters in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as required.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Support payroll processing with accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR‑related role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Understanding of HR policies and employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
