Temporary Inbound Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking friendly and professional Customer Service Advisors for a short‑term contract to support a busy period. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Resolve enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet individual and team service level targets.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Positive, empathetic and professional telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.
