Temporary Paralegal – Property Lease Project

About the role
This is a short‑term, full‑time paralegal assignment supporting a large onboarding project for a client in Camden, London. The role starts as soon as possible and runs for 4‑5 weeks, with the possibility of extension into September.
Key responsibilities
- Read and analyse approximately 300 property lease documents to understand legal implications.
- Create concise summaries that capture essential lease details.
- Coordinate and document access points required for each lease.
- Identify and highlight key inclusions to ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in legal documentation.
- Previous exposure to real‑estate or property‑law matters is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret legal jargon.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
