About the role
This temporary, part‑time position supports the retail shop in Kew, London. You will work 17.5 hours per week on a rota, with weekend availability required, and start immediately until 31 October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional service to customers and volunteers.
- Organise and price donations using store systems.
- Replenish stock and maintain a high‑standard shop floor.
- Process sales transactions, handling both cash and card payments.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for the volunteer team.
- Manage rotas and ensure all shifts are covered.
- Assist the Store Manager with routine administration tasks.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team‑motivating attitude.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Experience with stock control and cash handling.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Valid DBS check.
