Temporary Payroll Advisor – London

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Advisor for a short‑term, temporary assignment in London. The role starts immediately and will run for a few weeks, supporting a high‑volume payroll environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 1,500 employees across 3‑4 payroll runs each month.
• Perform manual calculations where required and ensure accuracy of all entries.
• Collaborate with a small team (two existing members plus this role) to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Available to start ASAP and able to work on‑site 9:00‑17:15, Monday to Friday.
• Previous experience in retail or high‑volume payroll environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with manual payroll calculations.
