Temporary Probate Sales Consultant

About the role

This temporary position supports individuals who have recently experienced a bereavement by guiding them through the probate and estate administration process. You will be the first point of contact, offering compassionate advice while meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels following a bereavement.
• Assess each client’s situation and recommend suitable probate and estate administration services.
• Conduct consultations, explain service options clearly and provide accurate quotations.
• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to service instruction, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Achieve individual and team targets for engagement, conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidential client records and update the CRM system promptly.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or another target‑driven, client‑facing role.
• Empathetic and resilient, able to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism.
• Commercially aware and motivated to achieve performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for record‑keeping and follow‑up.

• Competitive hourly rate of £17.94 plus commission.
• Standard office hours 9 am‑5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
