About the role

Exciting temporary reception opportunity in Chester. The role is for a leading automotive organisation, offering a chance to gain experience while showcasing communication skills. Working hours are 10am‑4pm on an adhoc weekend basis, paid at £14 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the organisation's services.
• Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.
