About the role

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join a respected healthcare provider on a short‑term basis. The role starts immediately and runs for 4‑6 weeks, offering the chance to be the welcoming face of the organisation while supporting patients with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries.
Book appointments and send confirmations.
Manage diaries and update the patient database.
File and scan documents as required.

Required profile

Previous receptionist experience within the healthcare sector.
High level of customer service and a confident telephone manner.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
