About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join a fast‑moving, high‑volume hiring team on a 6‑8 week temporary assignment. The role supports a well‑known brand during a period of rapid growth, offering a hybrid working pattern with two days in the Bedford office.
Key responsibilities
- Sift and screen large volumes of CVs to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist applicants and coordinate interview schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the wider recruitment team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Experience conducting telephone interviews.
- Proficiency in CV screening and shortlisting.
- Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £14.50.
- Hybrid working: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
- Potential for contract extension based on business needs.
