Temporary Recruitment Resourcer – Support Internal Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy internal hiring team in Sittingbourne. You will help attract, source, screen and present candidates while providing administrative assistance to the recruitment department.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify candidates using appropriate sourcing methods.
• Process applications, qualify and shortlist suitable candidates for open vacancies.
• Liaise with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate relationships and meet agreed KPIs and targets.
• Conduct pre‑employment and compliance checks in line with policy and legislation.
• Accurately record candidate and client information in the recruitment database.
• Provide professional feedback to candidates and ensure a high‑quality recruitment service.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
